Virtual reality for learning and training of security professionals

Virtual reality allows training to be carried out in multiple scenarios, simulating real conditions. It makes it possible to simulate emergencies in different environments, such as those related to renewable energy generation facilities. In many cases, such as in wind turbine emergencies, it is not feasible to train all the professionals in a fire-fighting service in situ, so virtual reality helps to reach a higher percentage of its members. As part of risk prevention in different environments, safety professionals can be involved in preparing people to prevent and/or minimise the consequences of such risks.
