Geographic resources provide us with direct information from their contents, but, given that they represent a reality that exists or has existed, they can provide us with much more in terms of their capacity to represent a moment in time and space within the evolution of this reality. In this way, it is possible to enrich the information based on its geographical elements in order to provide it with a greater capacity for semantic linkage of these resources. The challenges we are working on are the identification of elements that can represent geographical characteristics of the resources, as well as the assignment of specific geographical values to these elements.
