The CBE Annual Work Programme (AWP) 2025, including the calls for proposals, is available to all BIC Members in the BIC Members Area. This is the final draft delivered to the CBE Governing Board for approval. It hasn’t been published yet, so please treat it as provisional and confidential until publication (expected in early January). You can find the document here after logging into your Members Area account. Alternatively, you can access the document from the News section of the BIC Members Area. With the CBE Annual Work Programme 2025 delivered to the Governing Board, it’s already time to think about future AWPs. Since 2026 and 2027 will be the final two years of CBE, we will try to have an overview of both at the same time, at least in this initial phase. Once we have an overall idea of the content of both programmes in terms of sectors and priorities addressed, we will revert the focus to writing the specific topics for AWP 2026. In the next few months we will update the Multiannual Programming document (MAP) according to the current developments in technology, markets, regulations etc. and we will identify and describe actions that could form the basis for the topics of the AWP 2026 and 2027. We kindly ask all BIC Members to analyse the working documents that you can find on the BIC Members Area and fill in the survey form according to your knowledge and your sector’s priorities. After logging into your Members Area account, here you can find:

Please coordinate with your colleagues and only send one survey per organisation. The deadline is 24 January 2025.
