Autumn School - Innovative Circular Water Systems

Estimados investigadores e investigadoras,

os hacemos llegar información sobre el siguiente seminario, en el marco de UNITA, por si es de vuestro interés.

The First Edition of the International School on Water reuse will take place in Torino, 19-21 September 2022.

The School has been conceived as a legacy of the H2020-IA-Project Ô, grant agreement No. 776816, and its first Edition will be organized in Torino by the research teams of professor Valter Maurino and professor Alessandra Bianco Prevot, at the Chemistry Department of the University of Torino.

The school provides for the participation of speakers from universities, research bodies and companies of european relevance, which have been active for years on the theme of water resources management.
The School will have a multidisciplinary character and will encompass multiple aspects from water treatment technologies to social expectation and acceptance, from integrated decisional platforms for policy makers to industrial symbiosis, from the environmental sustainability to legislation aspects.

The School aims to be a meeting and multi-directional exchange place for reinforcing thematic knowledge, sharing new ideas, facing common challenges, fostering synergies, in a stimulating environment where every participant can give his/her own contribution and enrich him/herself with others' contribution.

The School will provide specific insights on the various topics that contribute to defining the water reuse theme.
Specialist lessons will be held on the various disciplinary aspects, alternating with multidisciplinary round tables. A final workshop involving teachers and students working on real cases of water reuse will represent a suitable tool to integrate specialist and multidisciplinary aspects.
