PhD position offer: "Integration of logistics models for Cross-Border Logistics Flows between Aragon and New Aquitaine"

The selected candidate will develop their doctoral thesis within the project “Cross-border governance and institutional cooperation for the creation of an innovative logistics area between Aragón and Nouvelle-Aquitaine”, whose objective is Identify and analyze the administrative, technical, and organizational obstacles that hinder logistical cooperation between Aragon and New Aquitaine, generating shared knowledge about limitations and opportunities to design joint solutions.

Description

  • Joint analysis and diagnosis of cross-border logistics flows.
  • Collection of tools for the analysis and diagnosis of current logistics assets and cross-border flows.
  • Optimization and Improvement of Cross-Border Logistics Flows between Aragon and New Aquitaine through the coordinated use of Digital Solutions, Virtual Twins and Interoperability Tools.
  • Study of joint research projects, applied innovation and knowledge transfer, joint training programs, professional development and academic mobility in logistics, transport and cross-border management between Aragon and New Aquitaine
  • Publication of results in international conferences and journals.

We offer

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering, and a Master's degree in Economics or Engineering.
  • Availability to enroll in a PhD program by the date the contract is formalized.
  • Knowledge of Logistics and Transportation.
  • Ability to communicate in spoken and written French.
  • A strong academic record is preferred.
  • We are looking for candidates with a strong interest in research.
